Berlin-based ARC Intelligence has raised €4 million in a seed funding round led by 42CAP, with participation from existing investors 468 Capital and IBB Ventures.
What ARC Is Building
ARC is developing an AI-native Finance OS that connects ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems into a unified platform. The goal is to give finance teams a real-time view of both financial and operational data — eliminating the fragmented spreadsheets and manual reporting that slow down decision-making in complex organizations.
The platform acts as a central control layer on top of existing systems rather than replacing them — a deliberate architectural choice that lowers the barrier to adoption for ERP-heavy enterprises.
Early Traction
The numbers ARC is reporting for its first six months are notable:
- 200,000+ business decisions supported on the platform
- 100,000+ hours of manual work saved
- 10x revenue growth since its pre-seed round roughly a year ago
Current customers include Burmester, Pfanner Schutzbekleidung, Ferrotec, OCONO Group, and Robert Bürkle, alongside private equity firms Auctus Capital and GENUI.
Founder's Vision
"The future of enterprise software won't come from replacing existing ERP systems. It will come from intelligently connecting data, processes, and decisions across systems. That's exactly what we're building with ARC — an AI-native Finance OS that gives companies a central control layer across their existing systems and evolves into the operating system for ERP-intensive businesses." — Clemens Wessendorff, CEO and Co-founder, ARC Intelligence
Use of Funds
The €4M seed capital will be deployed across several priorities:
- Expanding product development
- Adding further ERP integrations
- Strengthening the engineering team
- Driving international expansion
Longer term, ARC's ambition is to evolve its platform into the default operating system for ERP-intensive businesses — a significant market given how deeply entrenched enterprise resource planning systems remain across mid-market and large enterprises in Europe and beyond.
